Dryland Activities

Dryland training is one of the fasted growing training methods today for professional and amateur athletes. Here at Menihek Nordic, our training takes place outdoors and it focuses on the fundamentals of fitness for the entire body in preparing our youth for the upcoming ski season. These areas include speed, core strength, agility, endurance, explosive power, strength training and overall conditioning. We achevie these fundamentals by hiking, snowshoeing early season skiing and circiut activities.
